By introducing a solar power generation system, it has achieved green power supply for part of its production. In air emission treatment and wastewater treatment, it adopts cutting-edge technologies, achieving energy savings of 20% and emission reductions of 40% compared to the industry average. In the painting process, the company has abandoned traditional oil-based paints and switched to environmentally friendly water-based paints, upgrading manual painting to automated operations. This not only significantly reduces the emission of volatile organic compounds but also improves the uniformity and efficiency of the painting process. "Green production is not a burden but the core competitiveness for the sustainable development of the enterprise," emphasized Liu Zhaoyun, the vice president of Jining Jin Niu Heavy Industry.

Relying on intelligent production and a strict quality control system, the production line has increased the proportion of high-quality products by 53%, with a product excellence rate as high as 99%, maintaining a leading position in the country. At the same time, by optimizing production processes and reducing energy consumption, production costs have decreased by 20%, achieving a win-win situation in economic and environmental benefits.
Strong technical strength and excellent product quality have enabled Jining Jin Niu Heavy Industry to firmly establish itself in the global market. Currently, the company has become a core supplier for leading domestic enterprises such as Sany Heavy Industry, XCMG, and Liugong, and has established long-term stable cooperative relationships with global leading enterprises such as Caterpillar of the United States, Komatsu of Japan, and Berco of Italy.
